Pruning a tree properly means cutting in the right place, at the right time of year, for the right reason. We discuss what your goals are, and how they affect the tree, before making any cuts. We do not wear climbing spikes for pruning work. We do not paint over branch cuts, or make cuts between branch unions (otherwise known as topping).
Cabling & bracing
For weak or compromised branch junctures, we can combine proper pruning with cabling systems and/or brace rods to help maintain your tree’s structure, integrity, and overall health. We advise on the benefit of materials used and check-ups.
